I am humbled by the opportunity to serve as your property appraiser. I was born in Panama City, Florida to Maurice & Iris Sowell. I have one sister, Susan. I am married to Cheryl Sowell. I graduated from GCCC & FSU. I am a member of the First Baptist Church of Panama City. I began my career in the property appraiser’s office in 1987.
